Step 1
Preheat oven to 375’F.

Mix the wet and dry ingredients separately.
Step 3
Butter should be at a cool room temperature and it should be firm but soft enough to shove your finger into. Do not microwave it, that makes the cookies end up flat.
Step 4
Once your wet and dry ingredients are mixed into one bowl, add your chips and nuts.
Step 5
Let the cookie dough cool in the refrigerator, this makes them more flavorful and fluffy.
Step 6
Portions of cookie dough should be one tablespoon per cookie.
Step 7
Bake about 11 minutes.
