Crispy M & M chocolate cookies

Instructions

Step 1
Melt the 150g of unsalted butter in a bowl, microwave for about 40 seconds and then set aside
Step 2
Combine the caster sugar, light brown sugar , egg and egg yolk , vanilla extract and also the butter together and mix
Step 3
Fold in the 200g of flour with the mixture
Step 4
Fold in the 20g of coco flour and mix
Step 5
Once everything is mixed together, crush up the crispy m and ms (you could use any m and ms you like) and mix into the mixture
Step 6
Set aside the cookie dough for 1 hour place in a fridge this with firm up the dough , after 40 mins pre heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Step 7
Once chilled take it out and grease a baking tray up and roll a few balls of cookie dough , (an Ice cream scoop is perfect for making round balls )
Step 8
Place cookies in oven on a timer for 10 mins
Step 9
Take cookies out and leave them for 15 mins , this allows them to firm up, they should be soft in the middle and firm at the edges
Step 10
Serve up and enjoy
