Struggling for some meatless Monday inspo? Give these fish filet sandwiches a try for an easy family dinner. I grabbed some F’sh Filets from Gardein + made this simple tartar sauce to pair it with.

Step 1
1. Cook f'sh filets according to package instructions

2. While cooking, mix vegan mayo, dijon mustard, dill, lemon juice, and sea salt to make vegan tartar sauce

3. Once f'sh filets are ready, lay one slice of cheese over 2 filets and broil for 1-2 minutes, until melted
Step 4
4. Add tartar sauce to your bun, lettuce, the cheese-topped filets, and close.
