Instructions

For the cream cheese spread,

Step 1
Mix cream cheese, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, and salt until smooth. Set aside.

For the garlic mayo spread,

Combine mayo and garlic in a small bowl and stir until blended. Set aside.

To assemble the sandwich,

Arrange the 8 bread slices neatly on a sheet of parchment paper or a large surface.

Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese spread onto four slices of bread.

Then, top each slice of bread (that has the cream cheese spread) with provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese.

Place the remaining slices of bread onto their respective cheesed slices.

To cook the sandwiches,

Prepare a large skillet by heating it over medium heat for about 5 minutes, ensuring it's nice and hot.

Carefully brush both sides of the sandwiches with the garlic mayo spread.

Place the sandwiches on the skillet and grill them for approximately 2 minutes on each side, or until the cheese inside has melted and the bread has attained a golden brown color.
