Instructions

Step 1
While you leave the green onions pancakes to thaw out, season your chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat a pan to medium heat and fry in he bacon till it’s crispy. In the same pan brown the chicken on both sides, and cook through.
Step 3
Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes. While the chicken is resting, grate the cheddar and parmesan cheese. Also, beat 1 egg for your egg wash.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 425*F. While the oven is preheating, add the chicken, bacon, Cesar dressing, and cheddar cheese to a bowl. Mix until well combined, then set aside.
Step 5
While still in the wax paper, slightly roll out pancakes to make it wider so wrapping can be easier. Scoop the chicken mixture into the middle of the pancake. First fold the side closest to you over, followed by the opposite side. Then fold the left and right side over. Pinch the seams shut to tightly seal the chicken bake. Use the wax paper to help roll it into a cylindrical shape. Repeat till you get about 4-5 chicken bakes.
Step 6
Place the pastry onto a lined baking sheet seam side down. Brush it with the egg wash and sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Best served warm.
