Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Beat 1 cup butter until smooth

Add 1 1/3 cup white sugar and 1/3 cup brown sugar then beat. Butter should be light and fluffy looking

Add 2 eggs and 2 tsp vanilla then beat until smooth and homogeneous

In a separate bowl, add 3 1/4 cups flour (spooned when measuring), 1 tsp baking soda, 3/4 tsp kosher salt, 1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar and mix together

Add dry ingredients to wet then mix until the flour barely disappears
Step 7
Scoop dough and roll into 1 1/2 inch balls then cover in cinnamon sugar mix

Bake for 10 min at 350. Once done, let them cool then dip again in cinnamon sugar mix
