Instructions

Step 1
Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Lightly coat with a few sprinkles of olive oil. Season chicken on all sides thoroughly with Chicken Seasoning mix. Air fry at 360 F for 9 minutes each side or until internal temp of 160 F. Remove and set chicken aside to cool.
Step 2
Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the butter and let it melt. Add in the onion and celery and saute for 2 minutes. Add in the cut mushrooms and continue cooking until most of the moisture has evaporated. Scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off pot.
Step 3
Break the spaghetti in half and lay it into the pot in a criss cross pattern. Add in the chopped cooked chicken, vegetables, cream , ranch dressing mix, andchickenbroth. Don’t stir.
Step 4
Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 3 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
Step 5
Stir in the sour cream. Add a couple tablespoons or cream or milk to loosen up, if needed. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Sprinkle the cheeses on top and let it melt (I used an air fryer lid).
Step 7
Serve and enjoy!
