Cook pasta
Step 2
Combine ketchup & BBQ Sauce
Step 3
Heat 1 tbs oil and add pork and scallions. Cook approx 3-5 min.

Add garlic and 1/4c of BBQ mix and 2tbs water.
Step 5
Cast Iron Skillet: Melt 1 tbs butter. Add 1 tbs flour into skilled cook (whisking) approx 1 min until lightly golden. Slowly add milk and cook until smooth and thickened. Remove from heat - add cheese.
Step 6
Add pasta to skillet with cheese sauce. Spoon pork over top.
Step 7
Broil 1-3 min. Stir 2 tbs water into remaining BBQ mix and drizzle over top.
