Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a round springform pan with Parchment Paper. Make the graham cracker crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted margarine. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 8 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow to cool. Prepare the brownie filling: In a medium bowl, beat eggs with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Add oil and mix well. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder, and stir until well combined. Pour half of the brownie batter over the graham cracker crust. Optionally, add some pareve chocolate chips or chunks if desired. Bake the brownie pie: Pour the remaining brownie batter over the crust and spread it evenly. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the center is set but still soft. Allow to cool completely. Make the fluffernutter mousse: In a separate bowl, microwave marshmallow fluff for 15–20 seconds to soften. Mix in the creamy peanut butter until well combined. Gently fold in the whipped pareve topping until the mixture is smooth and fluffy. Once the brownie pie has cooled, pipe or spread the fluffernutter mousse over the top. Refrigerate the pie until the mousse is set, at least 1 hour. Before serving, you can optionally garnish with additional graham cracker crumbs or pareve chocolate shavings if desired. Enjoy!
