Sorry about the picture, but this is one of my favorite recipes that I thought of in a hungered daze.
So, since all the ingredients are ready made, you are allowed to put as much or as little cheese as you enjoy.

Instructions
Step 1
Lighty fry the Crab sticks until they are browned all over and allow to cool
Step 2
Lay out Spring roll wrappers and spread cream cheese
Step 3
Add chilli crisp on top of cream cheese, be careful not to drop on wrapper as it stains the wrapper
Step 4
Add Mozzarella on top of chilli crisp
Step 5
Finally add 1 Crab stick on top of everything and fold into a roll. You can seal the roll with egg or water or a flour paste
Step 6
Deep fry until golden and serve hot if you enjoy a cheese pull
