Instructions
Step 1
Place the pigs in blankets onto a baking sheet and cook the pigs in blankets at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Step 3
Add all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix.
Step 4
To another bowl add the egg and milk them beat together.
Step 5
Add the wet mixture to the bowl with the dry mixture and mix to create a batter.
Step 6
Pour the batter into a deep glass.
Step 7
Insert cocktail sticks into the sausages.
Step 8
Heat a pan of vegetable oil to around 160-170 degrees.
Step 9
Gently lower one by one the sausages into the glass of batter and gently into the hot oil and cook until golden brown.
Step 10
Remove from the pan and allow to drain on kitchen paper.
Step 11
For the dip.
Step 12
2 tbsp of Cranberry jam

1 tbsp Mayonnaise
Step 14
Mix and place in a serving dish.
Step 15
Place the Christmas Corndogs in a bowl with the dip and serve.
Step 16
Lick you’re lips and enjoy.
