Step 1
Precook one deep dish pie shell
Step 2
Whisk milk and sugar together until sugar is disolved

Step 3
Whisk in flour, cocoa and salt

Step 4
Cook in a large pot until thick. Use a spatula to cover more of the pan while stirring. Stir continuously to prevent scorching.
Step 5
Pour into baked pie shell and chill for about 1 hour.
