Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F) and line your cupcake pan(s) with cupcake liners. Set aside.

2. Combine all cake ingredients according to box instructions subbing out the water with Hank’s Pumpkin Spice Soda.

3. Place batter into cupcake cups and bake for 15-18 minutes.
Step 4
4. Once cupcakes are done, remove them from the pan and allow to cool completely.
Step 5
5. While cupcakes are cooling down, prepare whipped cream.
Step 6
6. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, sugar, pumpkin purée, and cinnamon with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
Step 7
7. Pipe or spread whipped cream onto cupcakes and enjoy!
