Caramel Chex Mix

In large microwave bowl, stir butter, brown sugar, Karo syrup, and baking soda.

Step 2

Microwave for 1 minute

Step 3

Stir mixture

Step 4

Add Chex cereal, mix thoroughly

Step 5

Microwave for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through

Step 6

Lay out wax paper on cookie sheet

Step 7

Spread Chex mix out to cool

Store in air-tight container
