Step 1
Roll out challah dough. Spread out the chocolate filling sprinkle on babka powder. Now to make the rugelach cut into triangles and roll up or to make babka danishes when the dough is rolled out into a square and you spread out the filling and powder you roll it up into pne long log. And twist it and form it into a circular babka danish. You can either make one large one or lots of individual ones. Brush it (either rugelach or danish) with egg. Top with crumb topping. Proof and let it rise a little more. Bake 300 til golden (around 15-30 mins). Enjoy! The babka powder makes a lot. I reccomend keeping a container with the babka powder so you can make this easily and have it on hand whenever you'd like.
