Instructions
Roasted potatoes
Step 1
Peel the potato and thinly slice it.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Add the potato slices and reduce the heat to medium. Put on a lid and fry for about 5min.
Step 3
Add the seasoning and fry for another 3-5min.
Fried onions
Step 4
Slice the onion.
Step 5
Add all the ingredients except for the oil t o a bowl and mix well.

Heat the oil in a small pot. Add the onions and fry for about 2min until crispy and golden brown.
Sandwich

Cut the baguette in half.
Step 8
Spread the bottom half with the mayonnaise.
Step 9
Top it with the turkey ham, roasted potatoes and cheese slices.
Step 10
Bake the bottom half in the oven at 180 degrees grill station for about 1-2min until the cheese has melted.
Step 11
Meanwhile spread the upper half with the cranberry jam.
Step 12
Place the fried onions on the bottom half and stack the other half on top. Enjoy!
