Instructions

Step 1
Place the chicken tenders and chicken stock in a large pot. Poach over medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Step 2
Shred the chicken.
Step 3
In a medium sized bowl, place the celery, ranch dressing, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Blend well.
Step 4
Add the shredded chicken and mix in thoroughly. Add end the grapes, chopped, apples, and pecans. Stir until blended.
Step 5
Refrigerate in an airtight container. Best if refrigerated for a couple of hours before serving.
