Instructions

Cook pasta
Step 2
Melt butter in pan
Step 3
Mix spices together and add half to the melted butter, then add flour and cook stirring often

Add evaporated milk and start whisking

Once thickened, add two cups heavy cream, Dijon mustard and the rest of the seasonings and let thicken again

Add in half the cheese slowly, let it melt in between adding.

Add pasta and stir

Layer noodles in baking dish, adding second half of cheese on top of the layers

Put in oven at 350 for 20 minutes or whenever cheese is melted then broil for 2 minutes
