Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat oven to 425 degrees
Step 2
Cook pasta in boiling water until very Al Dente
Step 3
Drain pasta and set aside
Step 4
I’m separate pot begin making cheese sauce by melting butter and adding jalapeño

Cook for 1-2 minutes to soften the jalapeño and add flour, stir to combine

Slowly add milk and whisk non stop to prevent lumps
Step 7
Add cream cheese, 3/4 of the shredded jack cheese and whisk until melted and thickened
Step 8
Add pasta, 3/4 of bacon, and sliced green onion and stir to combine
Step 9
Add to cast iron pan and top with remaining bacon, pepper jack, and panko bread crumbs
Step 10
Bake in oven for 15 minutes, then turn on broiler for 1 minute to crisp top
Step 11
Remove from oven and garnish with green onion! Enjoy!!
