Instructions
Step 1
Mix together buttermilk and baking soda when start and let sit.


Step 2
Melt together 2 sticks margarine, cocoa, water and salt over low heat.




Step 3
Combine flour and sugar in bowl.


Step 4
Mix margarine mixture into flour and sugar bowl.
Step 5
Add 2 eggs and vanilla.


Step 6
Add in buttermilk mix and mix.
Step 7
Bake in 9x13 pan at 350 for 30 minutes.
Step 8
Mix icing ingredients together. Margarine, cocoa, and milk. Heat just until melted- don't boil.



Step 9
Add 2 cups powdered sugar.

Step 10
Pour on top of cooked brownies.
Step 11
Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top of frosted cake.
