Instructions
Step 1
Wash, dry, and chop all ingredients. Cook the rice or pasta separately.
Step 2
Over medium heat, melt the butter and begin sautéing the onions until golden, deglazing with water as needed. Add the celery and cook until it begins to soften, about 4 mins. Then add the carrots, and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the broth and bouquet garnis, heat until simmering. Then add the turkey and parsley and cook until the turkey is heated through.
Step 4
Serve atop the rice or pasta with some more parsley as garnish.
