Instructions

Step 1
Cook noodles according to package directions until tender but still firm, 2 to 3 minutes. Drain; rinse under cold running water and drain again. Place several layers of paper towels over cookie sheets or jelly-pans. Spread noodles over paper towels and let dry 2 to 3 hours. Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium-high heat to 375. Using tongs or slotted spoon, lower a small portion of noodles into hot oil. Cook until golden brown about 30 seconds. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining noodles.
