Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius fan forced.
Step 2
Mash bananas. Add sugar and beaten egg.
Step 3
Add the oil.
Step 4
Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
Step 5
Add chocolate chips - any flavour you like.
Step 6
Add an equal amount of batter into each muffin case.
Step 7
Bake for 20 minutes or until the batter is cooked through.
