Boozy hot chocolate

Step 1

Bring milk to a simmer. Add in chocolate until taste. Reduce heat and stir until melted. Take off flame.

Step 2

Put in liquor until taste. Add bourbon shot or three to the bottom of cup. Add chocolate drink. Top with whipped cream and chocolate.
