Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
Step 2
Score a cross pattern on the top of the cheese.
Step 3
Place the cheese wheel in a baking dish and drizzle with honey. Bake for in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Press the rosemary into the gaps and sprinkle over the chilli flakes and sea salt. Bake for an additional 2-5 minutes.
Step 5
Serve warm with crackers or crostini.
