1 cuppowdered sugar

¼ tspsalt

½ tspvanilla

or almond

1 tablespoonwater

Instructions

Step 1

Blend sugar, salt and flavoring. Add water (or cream) 1 tsp at a time to desired consistency. Add a few drops of food coloring if you wish. Spread onto cookies with a spatula or pastry brush. Enough for 3-5 dzn cookies depending on size

Step 2

For professional looking iced drop cookies, place 1 tsp icing on the center of the cookie. With small icing spatula, spread the icing in a circular motion.
