Ingredients

100grolled oats
50gcocoa powder
2eggs
150mlmilk
⅓ cupGreek yoghurt
1 Tbssweetener
1 tspbaking powder
1 Tbsvegetable oil
100gunsweetened chocolate
milk
Grind the oats in a blender, to a rough powder; add the cocoa to the oat flour and mix/ blend well.

into the wet mix into a batter
Pour
the batter into a frypan, greased with the oil, cover and bake for 15 minutes, on a very low heat, on the stove

microwave proof bowl, melt the then stir in the 80ml
milk
Pour
some of the ganache over the brownie in the pan, to evenly cover the top -not too thick, You can remove the cake from the pan and put on a serving dish prior to topping
Slice and
serve
