Prepping and Freezing:

Form patties: Divide the mixture into 10-12 equal portions and shape them into small patties, about the size of your palm.

Flash freeze (optional): Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the patties in a single layer. Flash freeze for 30 minutes to an hour, then transfer to freezer-safe containers or bags. Label and freeze for up to 3 months.
