Instructions
Step 1
Line a 9 inch square baking pan with foil, letting excess extend over sides of pan; spray foil with cooking spray
Step 2
For crust: in a medium bowl, stir together wafer crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Press mixture into bottom of pan. Freeze until firm, about 15 minutes
Step 3
For filling: In a medium microwave safe bowl, heat chocolate and 1/3 cup heavy cream on medium in 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.(1 1/2 to 2 minutes total). Spread chocolate mixture onto prepared crust. Top with banana slices
Step 4
In another medium bowl beat 1/4 cup cream, milk, and pudding mix with a mixer until very thick. About 2 minutes. Spread over bananas
Step 5
For topping: in a medium bowl beat cream, confectioners sugar and vanilla with a mixer over high until stiff peaks form. Spread onto pudding. Cover and refrigerate until cold and set about 4-8 hours.
