Instructions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients into a bowl.

Place the cling wrap onto the bowl.

Poke holes into the cling wrap.

Place the bowl into the microwave at full strength for 30 seconds at a time. After every 30 seconds interval, take the bowl out and stir with a spoon. You are done when it looks like a clump of sticky porridge.

Let the hot bowl and the hot rice dough cool, because you are going to have to handle it.
Step 6
For the filling: Take the peanut butter and icing sugar and place it in another bowl. Stir until it is nice and smooth.

For the filling: Get an output plate. Grab small chunks of peanut butter and use your hands to turn them into balls. Place the balls onto the output plate.
Step 8
When you can handle the rice flour dough and the peanut butter balls are ready to go. Find a relatively large flat surface and put some corn flour all over it.

Make sure your hands are full of corn flour. If you don't you will have a sticky mess. Take bigger chunks than before of the Mochi and start to work them a bit so that you make flat circles.
Step 10
Take the flat circles and wrap them over your peanut butter balls. Tap the bottom of the Mochi with corn flour and set it onto the output plate.
