Instructions
Step 1
Add the e sugar, oil and vanilla to a large bowl and briefly mix.
Step 2
Break the chocolate into a bowl and place over a saucepan on gently simmering water with the butter, mixing constantly to melt.
Step 3
Add the melted chocolate to the mixing bowl and then sift over the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix to combine and then add the eggs and mix them in as well.
Step 4
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and add the mixture. Smooth it out and then place in an oven at Gas mark 4/350F/180C and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Allow to cool fully before cutting.
