Grease and line 20cm sponge tin

Oven on at 180c
Step 3
Beat butter and sugar together
Step 4
Beat in egg
Step 5
Sift in cinnamon and flour
Step 6
Spread half the dough in tin
Step 7
Spread on mincemeat
Step 8
Spread on rest of dough
Step 9
Bake for 20-25mins
Step 10
Cool in tin for 5-10mins then remove and cool on rack
Step 11
Sprinkle with caster sugar and slice
