Step 1
The dough is enough for approx. 48 cookies.
Step 2
Knead the flour, 50 g sugar, butter, egg yolk, water and salt together. Let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then roll out and cut out circles. Place a toffee in the middle of each.
Step 3
Beat the egg whites and lemon juice until stiff, slowly adding the remaining sugar. Pipe the egg whites onto the circles; the toffees must be completely covered. Then it goes into the oven at 175 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
Step 4
Let cool and enjoy.
