Instructions

Dough

Step 1
Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk in a large bowl. Let it sit for about 5 minutes. If the yeast is good, it will start to froth up.
Step 2
Add sugar, butter, salt, eggs, and flour to the bowl of a mixer and mix well.
Step 3
For the milk mixture in the bowl and using the dough hook, mix well
Step 4
Place dough into an oiled bowl, cover and let rise and warm place about an hour until the dough has doubled
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 350, grease a 9 x 13 baking pan
Step 6
Roll the dough out on a slightly forward surface to approximately 16in by 12in and 1/4 inch thick.

Filling

Step 7
Combine butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl
Step 8
Spread filling mixture evenly over the dough
Step 9
Working carefully from a long edge, roll the dough
Step 10
Using a string of unflavored floss, cut the roll into one and a half inch slices.
Step 11
Place the cut rolls into the prepared pan. Cover them with a damp towel. Let them rise 30 minutes or until they double in size.
Step 12
Bake 20 minutes or until light golden brown.

Icing

Step 13
While the rolls are baking, make the icing by mixing all ingredients and beat well with an electric mixer until fluffy
