Wash well the potatoes, put them into the pot with water and cook until the potatoes slightly softened. If potatoes is too soft, then it will crush too much when you squash them.
Step 3
On a baking tray pour some olive oil and put the potatoes, crush them by pressing each potato with a potato masher. Sprinkle each potato with spices, and generously cover them with olive oil. Bake the potatoes in a preheated 230 C oven for ~ 25-30 minutes until the potatoes will brown nicely.
