Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut them in cubes.

Warm up some olive oil with the garlic in a pan. You can either remove the garlic after few minutes or leave it, this is up to you.

Step 3
Ease down the potatoes and let the roast for five minutes. Add then a couple of spoon of water in the pan. Add salt, pepper and rosemary. Stir for a minute and cover the pan. Cook the potatoes for at least half an hour so they can get soft.

Slice the mushrooms.
