Instructions

Step 1
Leave the following ingredients in the mixing bowl overnight to get room temperature (eggs, milk and butter)
Step 2
Preheat over to 325 degrees.
Step 3
Grease bundt cake pan with butter and flour.
Step 4
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together.
Step 5
Blend butter, oil, and sugar together until creamy.
Step 6
Add lemon extract to mixture.
Step 7
Add eggs 1 at a time and beat until fluffy.
Step 8
Add dry mixture and milk alternately into mixture.
Step 9
Pour mixture into bundt cake pan.
Step 10
Bake in oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
