1 ½ cupsbasmati rice

3 cupschicken stock

⅓ cupsbutter

¼ tspsalt

⅛ tspgarlic powder
1 ½ tspfresh parsley flakes
Instructions
Step 1
Put rice in the bottom of 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
Step 2
Add butter, salt and garlic to the chicken stock and stir.
Step 3
Pour onto rice and sprinkle parsley flakes on top.
Step 4
Cover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
Step 5
If doubling the recipe, bake for 50 minutes; if tripling, 55 minutes.
