Instructions
Step 1
Cut the bell peppers, turnips and carrots thinly. Season to your liking, i used Himalayan salt, garlic powder and the perfect seasoning. Sautéed the peppers and carrots until the bottom of the pan is almost black. This will be the base for the gravy. Scoot veggies to the sides and put in the hamburger meat. Let cook on each side for about 30 seconds, then add some water. Just enough to steam. Let simmer again and don't let the water fully evaporate. Mix around occasionally until the gravy is to your liking. Broccoli was steamed with butter salt and garlic powder.
