Instructions

Step 1
Start by rimming the martini glass with coconut by add some maple syrup to a small plate and dipping the rim into it.
Step 2
Then add shredded coconut flakes to another plate and dip the rim of the drink in the coconut flakes.
Step 3
To a personal blender add lemon juice, zest and sweetened condensed milk and blend until well combined.
Step 4
Then add mixture to a cocktail shaker with about 1 cup of ice cubes.
Step 5
Shake well and pour about halfway into the martini glass.
Step 6
Top it off with the lemon ginger soda, stir and enjoy!
