CREAMY OLIVE OIL CITRUS THYME COOLER // and the 3rd episode of m

CREAMY OLIVE OIL CITRUS THYME COOLER // and the 3rd episode of my new series, where i share all of my best tips for drinking less—and making your life way better. 👉be sure you’re following — every day of january i’ll be sharing science backed ways to uplevel your entire life, including this series! gathering proof points of how much fun you can have without alcohol is KEY to any intentional drinking journey. every time you dance and let loose, every time you have a conversation that feels soul satisfying, you’re building proof points that you don’t need alcohol—you can just be fun, and have a fun life (AND you can do it without feeling awful the next day). not sure how to beat stress or have fun without drinking? comment STRESS below and i’ll send you a pod ep with a therapist who spills all her expert tips! i’m obsessed with this mocktail, which contains olive oil and citrus skin, both of which will make your skin glow (whereas alcohol actually stuns your stem cells, leading to dull skin). it’s super easy to make but wonderfully balanced and complex. 1 lemon, skin on (so buy organic and/or wash really well!), seeds removed (don’t stress on it, do as much as possible) 1 orange, preferably organic, skin on, seeds removed 3 sprigs fresh thyme, thick stems removed 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp honey pinch of fine grain sea salt 2 cups cold water blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh strainer. shake with ice, then pour into cocktail glasses. garnish with a swirl of olive oil and citrus peel or dried citrus, if desired. makes 4-6 mocktails, served up. can be made up to 4 days ahead of time and stored in fridge.
