Hash browns are a my grandma's have potatoes Southern breakfast staple. When I was growing up, there was browns with breakfast, whether we were going out to eat or going to mama was a big fan of potatoes. Moma used to say that she always gave up because she felt like she had such an addiction to them that it had to be sinful. But during th rest of the year, she taught me a lot about potatoes and how amazing they are. Hash brown french fries, creamed potatoes any and all of those Belicious. So why not start your day offright, with potatoes for breakfast? These will give all the good crispiness when made using an air fryer, you can use your regular oven if that what you have, and that's your business. (Photo on page 10.) Instructions

Step 1
INSTRUCTIONS PREHEAT your air fryer to 400°F or your oven to 425°F. If you're using the oven, line a sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper PUT your potatoes and onions in a food processor and process to chop them all up into small (-to-inch) pieces. If you don't have a food processor, you can chop them by hand. Transfer the mixture to the air fryer or a large bowl (if you're using your oven). ADD some garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, a pinch of salt. and a little bit of grapeseed oil and mix to combine. If baking. transfer the mixture to the lined sheet pan. AIR-FRY for 15 to 18 minutes or bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until cooked through and lightly browned in spots. SERVE with ketchup, of course, or whatever you like better than ketchup Tabism: You are worthy of happiness, and you deserve to have some fun!
