Base
Step 1
Grind biscuits almost into flour in a food processor.
Step 2
Take the biscuits in a bowl and pour the melted butter on it. Mix until combined and pour into an 8 inch tin.
Whipped Cream

Crush Kinder chocolate to small pieces.
Step 4
Microwave in 30 second bursts until melted and set aside to cool.
Step 5
Pour double cream into a bowl and whisk to stiff peaks.
Step 6
Combine cream cheese and icing sugar in a bowl and whisk until combined.
Step 7
Pour melted Kinder chocolate and whisk until combined.
Step 8
Fold in 3/4 of the whipped cream and pour into the base.
Step 9
Refrigerate overnight
Topping
Step 10
Put Kinder chocolate and double cream in a bowl and microwave.
Step 11
Stir and allow to cool, then pour over the cheesecake.
Step 12
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
