Step 1
Preheat oven to 350˚.
Step 2
Cream 1 Stick of Butter and 1 ½ Cups of Sugar in mixing bowl. Add 3 Eggs and blend well. Add 4 Tsp of Vanilla, 1 Tbsp of Milk, and ½ Cup of Sour Cream and blend well. Add 1 ½ Cups of Flour, 1 Pinch of Baking Soda, and 1 Pinch of Salt and blend well.
Step 3
Blend together ¼ Cup of Sugar and 2 Tsp of Cinnamon in separate container.
Step 4
Lightly grease pan with ¼ Stick of Butter.
Step 5
Using about half of the batter, spread a layer on the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle a thick and even layer of cinnamon sugar into the pan. Use the remaining batter to add another layer into the pan. Lightly sprinkle another layer of cinnamon and sugar into the pan.
Step 6
Bake in oven at 350˚ for 40 minutes [Bundt Pan] or 1 hour [Loaf Pan]. Remove cake from oven and pan and let cool.
Step 7
Mix together 3 Tbsp of Milk and 2 ½ Cups of Powdered Sugar to make frosting. Drizzle frosting over slightly warm cake.
