For Stuffing
Instructions
Step 1
Set oven at 350F.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine all the loaf ingredients, mix well.
Step 3
Cut large piece of wax paper and shape loaf into 18x12" rectangle.
Step 4
Layer red peppers, onion, mushrooms and cheese on top leaving 1" along edge.
Step 5
Roll in jelly roll fashion from short side using wax paper to lift the meat.
Step 6
Pinch edges to seal. Place loaf seam side down on a rack of broiler pan or large loaf pan.
Step 7
Bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes.
