Ingredients

350gground beef
50gwhite bread
100gmilk
1onion
finely chopped
3 Tbspcoriander
chopped
1egg yolk
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
⅓ tspnutmeg
1 Tbspolive oil
For the filling
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C

Step 2
Place the bread in a bowl and pour in the milk. Set aside for a few minutes
Step 3
In a large bowl combine ground beef, chopped onion, coriander, bread( squeeze it to remove extra milk), egg yolk, salt, pepper, nutmeg and olive oil. Mix until combined.
Step 4
For the filling combine egg(beaten) cream cheese, grated cheese, chopped tomato, chopped coriander, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 5
Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Divide the meat mixture into 9-10 equal parts. Place each one in a muffin hole and press firmly to form a “nest”.
Step 6
Fill each one with the filling and bake for 25-30 minutes at 200C.
Step 7
Serve with mashed potato.
