Biscuit Cake
3 INGREDIENT BISCUIT CAKE ๐ written recipe below ๐๐พ

And you can use gluten free biscuits for my GF free crew ๐พ

-400g biscoff biscuits (or biscuit of choice)
-1.5 tsp baking powder
-380ml soy milk
-you can top with biscoff spread and crumbled biscuits if you want!

-blend or crush the biscuits into a fine powder then stir in the baking powder and then the milk and pour into a lined baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes

-melt the biscoff spread and pour over the cooked and cooked cake then add some crush biscuits on top and allow to cool and set before serving!
