Instructions
Step 1
Start by preheating your air fryer or oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Prep your chicken by removing any fat or tendons. Cut into even bite sized pieces.
Step 3
Add all listed seasonings to the chicken in a large bowl and mix well.
Step 4
Mix the sweet chili sauce, mayo, and siracha in a bowl to make the bang bang sauce.
Step 5
Add half of the sauce to the chicken and fold till each piece is coated.
Step 6
Place the chicken bites on a lined sheet pan and cook in the air fryer/oven for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 7
Remove and serve with your side of choice (I did rice) and drizzle the remaining bang bang sauce over the chicken. Top with some fresh chives and red pepper flakes and enjoy!
