Instructions
Step 1
Sushi Rice Combine 1 cup rice and 1 cup water in an Instant Pot. Pressure-cook the rice mixture: Close the lid of the pressure cooker, set the valve to “Sealing,” and start the pressure cooker on “Low” for 10 minutes. Once completed, let the pressure naturally release for another 7 minutes before quick-releasing the remaining pressure. If making sushi rolls, add 1/3 cup rice vinegar, 1 Tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp. sea salt (or seasoned vinegar) to a bowl, mix until combined, add to rice, and fold gently.
