Ochazuke (Japanese Green Tea over Rice)
A Japanese light one-bowl meal consisting of Green tea poured over rice which you can serve hot or cold depending on the temperature of the tea. Comforting and warming when it's chilly or refreshing and light when it's warm. You can pretty much top your rice with whatever you like but keep it simple! If you like soup and rice, or rice porridge, you will enjoy this for sure.
